12bdt Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Using This Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the 12bdt platform constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific rules applicable to individual games, promotions, or competitions offered on the platform. These documents should be read together as they form the complete agreement between you and 12bdt.

12bdt reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility

To register an account and use the 12bdt platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 12bdt operates a strict 21+ policy. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts suspended immediately, any pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings forfeited.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online gambling is permitted in your specific location.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of 12bdt or any of its partner game providers or payment processors, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated or under guardianship orders are not eligible to register.

12bdt reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify your age, identity, address, and payment method at any point. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on the 12bdt platform. Opening more than one account — whether under your own details or using another person's information — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering:

• Your registered mobile phone number must be valid, active, and in your own name. This number is used for account verification, withdrawal processing, and security notifications.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any other person. 12bdt will never contact you to ask for your password or PIN.
• You must notify 12bdt immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. We may suspend your account as a protective measure while any investigation is conducted.
• Accounts registered using false, inaccurate, or another person's details will be permanently closed. Any funds in such accounts will be forfeited and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

12bdt reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any account at any time, including requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. These checks may be conducted before processing any withdrawal.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on 12bdt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We accept deposits and process withdrawals through the following payment methods available in Bangladesh:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit via any mobile financial service is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfers from Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are accepted for larger transaction amounts. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.
• Withdrawals are processed within an average of five minutes for bKash and Nagad. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods or subject to verification checks may take longer. 12bdt charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals.
• You may only withdraw funds to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. 12bdt will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts not registered in your name, or accounts not verified on the platform.

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering procedures. 12bdt may require verification of the source of funds before processing any withdrawal above a designated threshold. Players found to be using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity will have their accounts permanently closed, funds frozen, and the matter reported to appropriate authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

12bdt offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the associated terms. The following general rules apply to all promotions on 12bdt:

• Welcome bonuses and other promotional offers may carry a wagering requirement (rollover condition). The applicable rollover multiplier and qualifying games will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless otherwise explicitly stated. 6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 12bdt platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Using the platform to launder money, transfer funds on behalf of third parties, or conduct any transaction that violates applicable law.

12bdt employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Any account flagged by these systems may be suspended pending investigation. Players whose accounts are under investigation will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final determination is made.

7. Responsible Gaming

12bdt does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, 12bdt reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players involved.
